My discount code isn't working!

All discount codes are one-time use so there's a possibility you have already used a non-functioning code.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our blends. We suggest gifting anything that simply isn't your cup of tea. If there are any issues with your order, just email us at [email protected]

Which countries do you ship to and how long does it take?

We ship to The United States and Canada. Domestic packages typically take between 2-4 business days after receipt of shipment confirmation. Allow 1-2 days for processing, not including weekends. International packages typically take between 10-15 bus

I shipped my order to the wrong address. What now?

While we understand that mistakes happen, we do require a $5 reship fee on any packages that must be reshipped due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Help - my package says "delivered" but I haven't received it!

USPS isn't perfect. Sometimes packages are marked "delivered" incorrectly. Please allow 3-5 business days until the package has been noted as "delivered" before contacting us. Once that window is closed, we can definitely help! Just email us at custo

How many cups are in each size bag?

Here is a quick guide to how many cups you can get out of the multiple sized bags we offer:. 10g bags = 3 cups or enough for (1) 32oz mason jar. 20g bags = 6 cups or enough for (1) 64oz mason jar. 60g bags = 20 cups. 250g bags = 83 cups

Discard Leaves in Infuser within 24 Hours

We recommend throwing away the used tea leaves remaining in the infuser within 24 hrs - meaning don’t steep it longer than that. The actual tea should keep for a week to 10 days as long as it is kept refrigerated. Any questions or concerns can be sen
