All discount codes are one-time use so there's a possibility you have already used a non-functioning code. We also don't accept discount codes on orders containing a subscription. Please note that we only allow one (1) discount code per order.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our blends (teas). We suggest gifting anything that simply isn't your cup of tea. If there are any issues with your order, just email us at customerservice@snar
We ship to The United States and Canada. Domestic packages typically take between 2-4 business days after receipt of shipment confirmation. Allow 1-2 days for processing, not including weekends. International packages typically take between 10-15 bus
While we understand that mistakes happen, we do require a $5 reship fee on any packages that must be reshipped due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
USPS isn't perfect. Sometimes packages are marked "delivered" incorrectly. Please allow 3-5 business days until the package has been noted as "delivered" before contacting us. Once that window is closed, we can definitely help! Just email us at custo
