While Snarky Tea is committed to fulfilling and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. We do take weekends and major holidays off to spend time with our families. 

Also, any orders placed after 3pm on a Thursday will be fulfilled the following week as our warehouse closes for the weekend. 

Our Customer Service follows the same schedule. Although, emails are checked periodically during the weekends, our representative is not scheduled to be online on weekends. Your questions and concerns will be addressed the next business day if it has not been resolved on the weekend.
