When will I be charged?
MONTHLY: You will be charged on the 14th of every month. QUARTERLY + YEARLY: Your billing date will be the day you purchase the box and you will always be charged on that date moving forward. You have the opportunity to change the billing date in you
Can I skip a month?
Yeah, hon! Monthly subscribers can skip a month by simply logging in to our website. Once you are logged in click the "Manage Subscription" button. NOTE: Quarterly and Yearly subscriptions are pre-paid, so you cannot skip a month.
When will my order ship?
Subscription box orders begin shipping on the 15th of every month. If you placed your order after the 14th of the month, you will not receive a box until the following month.
How will I know what the flavors will be?
An email will be sent during the first week of each month with the details of that month's blend. If you are not a member of our mailing list you can sign up here. The current blend will always be listed on the sign-up page as well.
