How do I change my payment method?

After you log into your account using the instructions above, navigate to the "Payment Methods" tab and enter your new card information.

My payment failed - what now?

Our system will automatically reattempt charging your card the following evening. It will make three attempts before it cancels the subscription. Make sure to log into your account and check your payment method. 

Note that you have until the 14th of the month to make sure a valid payment method is added for our Cold Brew Club, and until the last day of the month for Tea of the Month Club (Sassy Tea Club). If you don't add a new payment method by the cutoff, you won't receive that month's shipment.
